Trademark Search
Trademark Registerability Search Report & Opinion, $275
A full search for potentially conflicting trademarks using the Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS) offered by the USPTO and Internet common-law databases and a full legal opinion as to the registerability of your trademark. This search covers federal trademark applications and registrations and some common-law trademark usage and you can expect results within 1 week.
Trademark Application
Trademark Application, $325 + $325 government fee per category of products or services. $650 deposit due with order.
An application for federal trademark registration, filed through the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS). We will follow up with you to verify the information you provide and to discuss with you the best way to submit your trademark application. In many cases, the government fee can be reduced to $275 per category, in which case we will refund the difference. Usually the application can be filed within 1 week.
Copyright Registration
Register a Copyright, $240 + $35 government filing fee
An application to register your copyrights in your text, design, software, sculptural work, etc. with the United States Copyright Office. Filed electronically through the Electronic Copyright Office (eCO) system. Usually the application can be filed within 1 week.

Refund Policy:
Deposits made before work begins are deposited into Hyra IP’s client trust account to your benefit and remain your property. You may obtain a refund of such deposits at any time and for any reason, and such a refund will be considered to terminate our representation unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. Once work begins, funds are allocated from our client trust account to cover the work performed. You may obtain a refund of a portion of your deposit pro-rated according to the level of completion of your legal work at any time and for any reason, and such a refund will be considered to terminate our representation unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
When submitting payment in a predetermined amount for services already rendered, you will be able to review your payment to Hyra IP before submitting via our online payment form. Therefore, no refunds will be given unless your payment amount exceeds the amount you owe, in which case the excess will be refunded to you upon your request or as Hyra IP determines is appropriate. On your instructions, excess payments can be applied as deposits to our client trust account for your future benefit. Please contact Hyra IP if there has been a problem with your online payment.
